Please contact us first if you are not satisfied with your purchase, and we will do our best to make things right. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our shipping, return, and refund policy.

Custom Orders, Final Sale

All products ordered through Simax Designs are custom-made and personalized to your specifications. Because each item is produced to order, including custom text, artwork, names, numbers, colors, and AI-generated designs, all custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Please review your design, sizing, and quantities carefully before completing your order.

Reprints & Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product with a print quality or adherence issue, we will reprint your order at no additional cost.

To request a reprint:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and photos that clearly show the issue.
  • Reprints are available for manufacturing or print defects only, not for issues caused by incorrect file uploads, low-resolution artwork, or design choices approved at checkout.

If you believe your order has an issue not related to print quality, please reach out. Requests outside of quality-related reprints will be reviewed and must be approved by management on a case-by-case basis.

Your Responsibilities Before Ordering

To help ensure your order is exactly what you want, please:

  • Review your design preview carefully before adding to the cart, check text, artwork placement, colors, and orientation.
  • Verify all sizing and quantities on the Quantity & Sizes page.
  • Confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order. An order confirmation email will be sent to verify all details.
  • Upload high-resolution files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, or .JPG) for the best print results. We are not responsible for poor output caused by low-quality source files.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved and you haven't received it within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often additional processing time.

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
