ROUND OF 16 GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Simax Designs Round of 16 Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Simax Designs ("Sponsor").
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 2, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited by law.
Owner as well as members of their households of Simax Designs, are not eligible to participate.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to the Round of 16 soccer match held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia on July 7, 2026, currently scheduled for 12:00 PM ET.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,500 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Travel, lodging, parking, transportation, meals, taxes, and any other expenses not specifically listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by either of the following methods:
Method 1 – Free Instagram Entry
To receive one (1) entry:
- Follow @simaxdesigns on Instagram.
- Tag five (5) different people in the official Giveaway post.
Completion of both steps above constitutes one (1) entry.
Method 2 – Purchase Entry
Purchase any product from www.SimaxDesigns.com during the Promotion Period.
A qualifying purchase receives one (1) entry.

5. Entry Limits
Each eligible Instagram entry equals one (1) entry.
Each qualifying purchase equals one (1) entry.
Limited to one (1) entry per customer.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant using automated methods, fraudulent accounts, duplicate entries, or any attempt to manipulate the Promotion.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about July 3, 2026.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible purchase and non-purchase entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified through Instagram Direct Message and/or any contact information available through their qualifying entry.
If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Simax Designs to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and photograph for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Simax Designs, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
Simax Designs reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any event beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Simax Designs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
11. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this Promotion and in accordance with the Simax Designs Privacy Policy.

SHORT DISCLOSURE
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, ages 13 and older. Entrants under 18 must have parent or legal guardian permission to participate and, if selected as the winner, the prize may be awarded to the parent or legal guardian, who must execute any required documents. Potential winner will be required to execute, and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law. The winner is solely responsible for all transportation, lodging, meals, and any other travel-related expenses associated with attending the event or claiming the prize. Promotion begins June 18, 2026 and ends July 2, 2026. Winner selected by random drawing on or about July 3, 2026.
